Refund Policy

1. Vehicle Bookings

a. Refund Eligibility

• Booking amounts are refundable only in certain cases, at the sole discretion of EliteCarz.

b. Deductions

• If a home test drive has been provided, applicable charges may be deducted from the refund.

c. No Guarantee of Refund

• Refunds are not automatic and depend on:

  • Stage of transaction

  • Costs incurred

  • Case-specific evaluation

2. E-commerce Products (Perfumes, etc.)

• All product sales are final.

• No returns, replacements, or refunds are allowed once the order is placed.

3. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors

• Product unavailability

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• Processing time depends on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
