Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the

EliteCarz website and services. By using the Site, browsing listings, submitting inquiries, booking a

vehicle, or making payments you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What the Site provides

EliteCarz operates a platform to list and sell used vehicles directly through EliteCarz. Through the

Site you may browse vehicle listings, submit inquiries, and make bookings and payments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Site or

complete a booking/purchase.

3. Account, information and accuracy

We collect personal information (name, phone number, email) to facilitate inquiries and marketing.

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain its confidentiality.

4. Listings, pricing and availability

EliteCarz strives to keep all listing information accurate and current. Final sale terms, including price,

are confirmed during inspection. Prices may vary based on market conditions or availability.

5. Booking process - Rs. 5,100 token and reservation period

A Rs. 5,100 token reserves a vehicle for 24 hours for inspection. To confirm the booking

permanently, the buyer must pay at least 10 percent of the vehicle price, which is non-refundable

except in cases defined below.6. Payments & payment methods

Payments can be made online or offline via UPI, transfer, or cash. Third-party processors' terms

apply for online payments.

7. Refunds and cancellations

- Rs. 5,100 token: Refundable only if the buyer's loan application fails.

- 10 percent deposit: Non-refundable unless EliteCarz cancels the sale.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Vehicle inspection, condition and acceptance

All vehicles are sold "as inspected." EliteCarz inspects vehicles pre-sale but does not guarantee

future performance. Warranty applies only where explicitly mentioned.

9. Warranty, after-sale support and documentation

EliteCarz provides warranty only on vehicles specified. RC transfer and documentation support are

included. Buyers remain responsible for accurate submission and official fees.

10. Taxes, fees and additional charges

Listed prices may exclude taxes, transfer or registration fees. Buyers are responsible for applicable

statutory costs.

11. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by EliteCarz or its licensors. Reuse requires

written permission.

12. Communications and personal data

By submitting information, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or WhatsApp. To opt

out, contact elitecarzindia@gmail.

13. Prohibited conduct

You may not provide false information, misuse the Site, or engage in unlawful activity.

14. Limitation of liabilityEliteCarz and V8 Drive Express Pvt Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total

liability is limited to the transaction amount paid by the buyer.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify EliteCarz against claims resulting from misuse of the Site or breach of

Terms.

16. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Delhi courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Termination

EliteCarz may suspend or terminate access for violations or fraudulent activity.

19. Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
